FAQ

Why are lobbies easier?

When Warzone is looking for a game, it has to deal with various parameters:

  • the distance from the server for the latency,
  • the level of the players/SBMM (skill-based matchmaking = play against people of the same level),
  • the waiting time.

By using a VPN to locations far from Warzone servers, Warzone is having trouble finding games. Therefore, it has to lower the SBMM to be able to quickly find a game, which allows for easier lobbies.

Can I use it on Playstation or Xbox?

No, CodPlayerVPN only works on PC. It is not compatible with Playstation or Xbox, even by using a computer or a Mac to share the connection.

We are not planning to support consoles in the near future.

I cannot connect to online services

It seems like OpenVPN can be corrupted sometimes, especially after having changed the location multiple times.

Unfortunately, this would prevent you from connecting to Warzone.

The easiest way to fix this issue is to uninstall OpenVPN and to install it again.

If that still doesn’t work, we recommend you use another version: OpenVPN 2.5.2.

How to use OpenVPN 2.5.2:

  • Install OpenVPN 2.5.2
  • The program will be on your Windows Taskbar (bottom right part of your screen)
  • Click on "Import" and select an OVPN profile (downloaded from the website)
  • Connect your imported profile
  • Start BattleNet, then start Warzone

This should solve your problem, but let us know if you still have this issue. Contact us

How to install with a capable/Netduma router

Officially, we don’t support routers, but if you have a capable router (like a Netduma router), here is what you could do:

  1. Connect to 192.168.1.1 to access your admin console
  2. Go to Hybrid VPN
  3. Click on VPN Configuration
  4. Select the advanced tab
  5. Enter 1 as username and password
  6. Copy your entire .opvn file into the configuration
  7. Enable the VPN

We are sorry but we do not offer more support for routers than that, even through our customer service.
